Sunken Costmo Tiki Statue

  Hey jammers! Today's item is the Sunken Costmo Tiki Statue. And no, that isn't my spelling mistake.

  AJHQ messed up on the spelling of Cosmo. If you read the Daily Explorer, you will see there are tons of spelling mistakes. Even this blog is better with spelling then them. So it was bound to happen. AJHQ makes lots of mistakes, not just spelling either. They got the birthstones mixed up, and released the Nesting Graham Doll a few days early as a non-member item. Even recently they forgot to remove the Leaf Pile, which was on its last day of clearance yesterday. Just wondering, do you think I should include in the post what items are on clearance? Be sure to leave a comment! This item is for sale in Sunken Treasures for 500 gems.

  Also, I missed yesterday's item, the Sunken Liza Tiki Statue, because of Rare Item Monday. Notice there is no typo.

  Finally, I am glad people like the idea of The Helping Paws of Jamaa. I already have 4 people signed up. Someone did ask whether you will get payed. The answer is no, but I think that the feeling you are doing something good is one of the best rewards ever.

Glove

  Hi Jammers. Today's new item is the Glove.

  I am kind of mad this is the rare today. I traded good rares for this a few weeks ago, when I could have just waited and bought it. And not only am I mad because I lost rares, but now all of Jamaa is a little less rare, and so am I. So if you want to be rarer, I would advise you to not buy it. Sounds weird, but it's the truth. But if you really do want to buy it, it's sold in Jam Mart Clothing on the 3rd page.

  Today, I was in Jamaa, and someone was holding a non-member trading party! I though this was a nice thing to do. The non-member part came from the fact that they were only trading non-member items. Non-members are often thought of as not cool just because they don't have a membership. I really don't think this is fair. They didn't do anything to deserve this. I try to help them sometimes.

Dirt Bike

  Hey Jammers! Today, the new item is the Dirt Bike. 

  Anyone who loves sports needs this. It would fit perfectly in any sports themed den. My den on the other hand, is anything but sport themed and is too full of plants and furniture to fit anything else. If you do have room for it though, it is for available in Jam Mart Furniture for 550 gems. 

  Yesterday, I was on my other account, morningglory10, and I was playing adventures, and I won a pirate sword, rare tiara, and rare mech angel wings. But that is not the important thing. The important thing is that after, I traded the pirate sword and rare tiara for my first ever rare bow and arrows! I was so happy! I have wanted one ever since I joined Animal Jam last year. My non-member account morningglory10 was a beta account, made in the beta days. I had never played on it too much though, I played on it when I made it, then forgot about it for a few years. If I had just played on it, I could have been so beta! But yesterday it became rare like it could have been.

  Finally, I am happy that there are already 3 other people that are part of the Helping Paws of Jamaa. Jammers everywhere will thank you! I think that soon I will hold the first meeting for this.

Modern Glass Shelves and Invisible People

  Hey! So today, I have decided to start my post with something different. It is a weird glitch I found in someone's den.

  It's a floating Temple of Trivia star. No one was there when I took the screenshot. The star is floating by itself, belongs to no one. I have no idea how or why that happened. All I know, it is kind of funny. There is an invisible person who likes to play Temple of Trivia! Oh no!

  Today's item is the Modern Glass Shelves.

  To me the shelves look a little bent. It is too modern to fit in my den. There also isn't enough room to fit them anyway. This item is for sale in Jam Mart Furniture for 450 gems.

  It kind of looks like it's made out of ribbon. That would be a very unuseful. I know unuseful is not a word, but it should be. It is very useful, the word unuseful. This item is also useful, because it is non-member! It is for sale in Sunken Treasures for 350 gems.

Offset Glass Shelves

  Happy Earth day! Today's new item is the Offset Glass Shelves!

  I guess glass shelves are eco-friendly or something. I don't know. I think that making glass would harm the environment, like making plastic does. To make glass, you have to melt silicone into the shape you want, to melt it you need fire, and fire gives off smoke. Smoke hurts the environment. So this item really isn't eco-friendly! But at least it isn't all wood. It is for sale in Jam Mart Furniture for 400 gems.

  So, it's Earth day. And I want to know, what are you doing to help the Earth? I usually end up planting a garden sometime later in the year. It works horribly, but at least I try. It did work ok last year though, so I was happy. Even small things, like shutting off the water when you brush your teeth, can have a huge result. By helping the Earth, we can make everyday Earth day, and preserve the Earth for the future.

  Finally, you should notice I have changed the blog quite a bit. Thank you to numnum13 for some HTML and CSS codes. I think it looks better now, what about you?

Rare Pirate Beard and More!

  Happy Rare Item Monday!! Today's rare is the Rare Pirate Beard!

  Rares are getting much cheaper. They used to be 700 or 800 gems mostly, now the are 450 to 600 gems. I don't think I am ever going to wear this item, but it's rare, so I bought it anyway. The Rare Pirate Beard is for sale in Jam Mart Clothing on the 8th page.

  Today when I logged on I had a Jam-a-gram from AJHQ, saying my art was in Jammer Central! Here it is!

I won a Artist Plaque for it. I have never won it before. I put it up in my den immediately.

  So I obviously had a good day today. But for some people in Jamaa, today is horrible. People have been scammed of their rares, or just don't have any at all. Some people need a little help with the game, but nobody has helped them. Still, there are non-members struggling to find coloured items. This is where I step in. I have created a group called The Helping Paws of Jamaa. Its purpose is to help anyone who needs it, and stop scamming. Click here to learn more and to join. The link is also at the top of all pages on the blog. Once I have enough people, I will hold meetings in my den for all members of the group. I am hoping this will help Jamaa well.

Cherry Blossom Tree

  Happy Easter!! Today's new item is the Cherry Blossom Tree!

  It is very pretty. When you click on it, all the petals fall off. If you click again the flowers bloom again! I would make a GIF of it but I don't know how. It will look great in my den, if I can ever find some room! I finally just found some room by replacing the Heart Tree. And it does look great! This item is available in Epic Wonders for 1500 gems. A little pricey, but worth it.

Woven Shoes

  Hey! Today's new item are Woven Shoes?

  Yes, they are Woven Shoes. Kind of weird. But they are non-member! AJHQ has been making it easier for non-members lately, with lots more items for them. Even though I am a member, I am still happy. Sometimes I feel bad for non-members. But now I don't need to as much. But anyway, this item is for sale in Jam Mart Clothing for 400 gems.

  Today, I became a bit rarer. I will tell you how. So I was at Adventure Base Camp, and someone was hosting The Search For Greely in hard mode. I switched to my wolf and joined. The adventure started, and I played it normally until I got to the part where you turn into the phantom. The other guy did, but I didn't. I knew that behind the phantom vault is a wolf vault. So I ran back to the vaults. The other guy unlocked the first vault. I opened the prize. It was a Rare Star Cape. I wasn't surprised. I got that last time. I then unlocked the second prize. And OMG! It was a Pirate Sword, also known as a non-member sword! I did have one once, someone overtraded it for a rare. Then I refused to give it back. They reported me, even though I didn't break the rules. I eventually traded it for something. So today I had a bit of luck!

Nesting Greely Doll

  Hi! Today's new item is the Nesting Greely Doll!

  To me, this makes Greely look overly cute and fuzzy. I can live with that though. This item is sold in Epic Wonders for 1000 gems.

  Doesn't it annoy you when it is all nice and spring-like in Animal Jam, but in real life it's cold and snowy? This might make it less annoying.

Porch Swing, Giraffes and More!

  Hi Jammers. Today's new item is the... PORCH SWING!?

  Yes. It is a newer version of the beta Porch Swing. I believe that the beta one will still be beta. After all, it still looks different than this one. This one is for sale in Jam Mart Furniture for 500 gems, but the old one is still not in stores. Unfortunately.

  Also, giraffes are now back from their travels. You can now buy one if you would like.

  The Search for Greely is now available in hard mode. The prizes are the new Phantom Armor!

  I guess each of the treasure chests at the end has one piece. I wonder if this is non-member. All the adventure prizes other than the original beta prizes are. I hope it is.

  There was also a thing about Earth day in the Jamaa Journal, something about safety on Animal Jam, and this.

  I think it means that the Big Cats will no longer be featured in the Conservation Museum for gem donations, and will maybe (I'm hoping) be out of the Diamond Shop! Okay, the diamond Shop idea is a little too hopeful, but you never know.

  I have had some loading troubles with Animal Jam. Not only is the game loading slowly, but even the home page is. It didn't even load the one time, it just said,"Google Chrome could not connect to animaljam.com." I hope that doesn't happen again!

  Finally, I don't know if it's a glitch or an update, but now my Gloves, not the Epic Wonders ones but the beta ones, have a rare plaque on them. It looks kind of tacky to me, like it doesn't belong. But whatever.

Ship's Helm Table and Contest Winners!

 Hiya Jammers! Today's new item is the Ship's Helm Table!

  I like this item. I have enough spaces to buy it, and it will look great in my Sunken Ship den. There are surprisingly only two colours: the one shown, and one covered in sand, seaweed, and a starfish. The second one is supposed to look like it's underwater. This item is for sale in Sunken Treasures for 500 gems.

Three Surfboards and French Animal Jam?

  Also, today when I logged on, a funny glitch happened. Animal Jam was in French!!! It was hard to figure out at first, but you could obviously see it. Name tags, games, and when you hovered over items. All was in French. Not to mention the chat, which was restricted and in French!! 

  This is what happened when I tried to play The Claw. French The Claw is impossible to win. If it ever gets this way, click the France flag in the chat box. When the pop-up comes up, say yes, and it will load the game in English.

Tutu and How to Win The Claw Like Crazy

 Today's new item is the Tutu!

  This item is, um, girlie. Very very girlie. On me it looks really weird. Like I have a Wreath Necklace on my butt. So just a hint to arctic wolves: Don't wear this!!!! It looks weird on rabbits too. But it looks fine on most other animals. It is available in Jam Mart Clothing for 350 gems.

  So today on Animal Jam, I was playing The Claw. And you will never guess what I got!! I got a Lion Plushies and an Arctic Wolf Plushie in the same session!!!! And then later I got a Kangaroo Plushie, Eagle Plushie, Cheetah Plushie, and another Arctic Wolf Plushie!!! It is so awesome!!! I have a killer technique to get plushies. I figured out that the plushies move from left to right. So first, try random places until you get a plushie. Go again in the same place until you don't get one. Then move to the right quite a bit. Do that and you will get a lot of plushies!! Just remember that after you get to as far right as you can, you need to go back to the start on the far left.

  Keep it coming with the contest entries. I have 3, but that's still not enough.

  Hi Jammers!! Ok, so today there has been a lot of updates. The first is the new Gilbert Nesting Doll!

  I think they should have called it the Nesting Sir Gilbert Doll. But whatever. It's for sale in Epic Wonders for 1000 gems.

  Next is the new pet eagles!!

  So cute, right? They are available in the Diamond Shop for 3 diamonds.
 
  Also in the Diamond Shop, is the new Mystical Armor! It comes in five pieces, costing 9 diamonds in total.

  The colours of it kind of clash, but I think it looks better then the Phoenix Armor.

  Still in the Diamond Shop, we have the new Sol Arcade Den for 5 diamonds.

  Also, there are now eggs hidden in Jamaa for Easter.

Patched Rug

  After searching forever, I finally found today's new item.

   It is the Patched Rug!! And it's non-member!!! Yay!!! It looks pretty nice, especially the purple and turquoise ones. Worth the trip to Outback Imports. Be sure to get one!!
